We’re excited to announce the first ever ONDO lending market, now live on Kabu USDC.

**For ONDO Holders**

You can now use your ONDO tokens as collateral to borrow USDC directly on Ethereum mainnet. This unlocks new liquidity options without needing to sell your position or bridge to other chains.

Whether you’re looking to access capital for new opportunities, manage short-term liquidity needs, or leverage your position, the ONDO/USDC market provides a new tool for RWA believers.

**Expanding Collateral on Morpho**

ONDO joins EIGEN, MORPHO, and other assets now supported through Kabu USDC. Our goal is to make all of DeFi available on Morpho by expanding the collateral types supported. We do this by leveraging Api3’s OEV infrastructure for precise oracle updates during volatile conditions, combined with Morpho’s partial liquidation design to handle risk more gracefully than traditional all-or-nothing liquidation mechanisms.

This approach allows us to safely support high-quality assets that typically lack established lending venues.

Doesn’t Ondo run a lending market? I’m curious why Ondo didn’t add ONDO support to Flux first

Yes, for rwas.  
Their own token isn’t listed anywhere as a collateral, however we deem it safe enough to be used as collateral as it fulfils all our prerequisites.
