**[New Market] mBASIS/USDC**

**Description**  
mBASIS was launched to give investors exposure to institutional-grade yield through a crypto basis trading strategy.  
This market is already configured and incorporated into the Re7 USDC vault.

**Rationale**  
After conducting thorough due diligence on mBASIS and working with the Midas team, the Clearstar team has confirmed that the product is safe and organized. As a way to improve diversity and maximize risk-adjusted returns, its unique yield profile supports current strategies and justifies its inclusion in the vault.
