**MIP 99 - Phase 2: Frontend for Compound \<\> Morpho \<\> Polygon Collaboration** Vote: Abstain Given its involvement in the original Compound, Morpho, and Polygon proposal, Gauntlet has abstained from this proposal. We support the additional funding to offset the difference between the Phase 1 grant’s requested budget. We also believe this is a meaningful signal for why the DAO should eventually work toward a treasury framework that allows operational funds held in stablecoins to help buffer against native token volatility. ---

**MIP 101 - Plume - Morpho Coincentives Proposal** Vote: For Gauntlet has voted in favor of the Plume -Morpho coincentives proposal. We believe Plume is a strategic new chain deployment and support the matched incentives structure as well as the initial KPI standards required to trigger the incentives grant. **Approve Review of 2024 Contributor Grants** Vote: For Gauntlet has voted in favor of the contributor grant allocation for 2024. ---

**MIP 103 - Incentives Distribution on Unichain** Vote: Abstain Gauntlet abstains from this proposal given it’s role in Unichain incentives distribution and Morpho Curation. **MIP 105 - Katana Coincentives** Vote: Abstain Gauntlet supports this proposal but has abstained due to it’s role as a primary partner curator on the Katana chain. **MIP 106 - Lemon Integration Grant** Vote: For Gauntlet has voted for the Lemon Integration Grant seeing it is a strategic and capital efficient deployment and partnership. **MIP 107 - Unichain Rewards Adjustment** Vote: Abstain Gauntlet has abstained from this proposal due to concerns regarding the removal of weETH rewards. **MIP 108 – Morpho Olympics v1.2** Vote: For Gauntlet supports the Morpho association improving incentive alignment and curator rewards for the Morpho Olympics. ---
