The Morpho Association proposes to increase the USDC rewards rate by 0.5% on Base to face the large borrowing demand coming from the CB borrow product on top of Morpho. There’s almost [$500m of active USDC loans](https://dune.com/ryanyyi/coinbase-onchain-loans) as of now.
