MIP74 - Update MORPHO Reward Rate on Base
We voted Yes, accept the Proposal: We are in favor of raising the S_lim for suppliers by 20% to 60M on Base network. Our team uses the Base deployment a lot and think the combination of low gas and easy to use UI allows for a super easy onramping experience. This increase in rewards should let more people allocate more deposits to the protocol, with a lower cost to acquire $ than mainnet.

Borrowing being much more sensitive makes sense, especially with some of the largest pools being exchange rate xxETH/ETH pools where many (including us haha) can loop 8x or more without fear of liquidation; any change in Morpho emissions will have multiples of effect. Would be very interested to see any data regarding what % of TVL is looped.
MIP75 - Begin Technical Implementation of Onchain Governance for MORPHO
We voted Yes, accept the Proposal: Due to the current token not allowing for on chain governance, if we want on chain governance, we need to deploy a new token. Pretty simple yes vote in order to allow for on chain governance.
MIP76 - Vote to Enable Transferability of the MORPHO Token
We voted Yes, accept the Proposal: Excited to see this happening! From here things start happening incredibly quickly and we’re looking forward to the future for Morpho!
MIP75 & MIP76 Minor technical adjustments
We voted For: This precautionary step in order to ensure there is no unwanted slippage is reasonable and preferred. Additionally, it might be confusing to have multiple Morpho tokens in defi and transferable, therefore, with these updates, there will only be one, the correct one, Morpho token circulating in Defi; we are in favor.
MIP77 - MORPHO-ETH Strategy by Aera
We voted Approve the Aera/Gauntlet vault: This is effectively zero cost way to provide deeper liquidity for Morpho token upon transferability and we don’t see many strong claims against.
MIP78 - Enable Wrapping for Integrators and Proxy Addresses
We voted Yes, accept the proposal: This seems like a logical step in the progression of transitioning everything over to the new upgradeable wrapped token. We appreciate the core team for having these gov updates even if it is just for formality sakes right now.
MIP 79 – Credit Guild Acqui-hire
