Proposal: [MIP 105 - Katana Coincentives](https://forum.morpho.org/t/mip-105-katana-coincentives/1801)  
Vote: In Favor  
Rationale: SeedGov supports this proposal for two key reasons, despite Katana being an early-stage L2 with no trackable history or revenue flow to the DAO yet. First, the proposed reward rate is lower than current incentive levels, making more efficient use of $MORPHO to drive meaningful deposit activity.  
Second, Katana is pioneering vault bridge functionality, what we believe is a promising mechanism that could pave the way for other chains.
