Rationale:
Voted FOR this proposal to ratify 2025 contributor grants. The funds will be drawn from a reserve that the DAO already approved, therefore this is not a new budget ask.
Contributor grants are the mechanism that retains the people building Morpho. The DAO ratified this process in 2024, and the 2025 output justifies it. Vaults V2 shipped, the fixed-rate protocol is in development, deposits hit $13B at ATH, and the integration list now includes Coinbase, Gemini, OKX, Ledger, and Safe.
