The first grants disbursement of 20% of grant funding has been completed, with the following exceptions:
- Tenor has requested their grant be distributed only upon completion of milestones to avoid processing multiple disbursements
- Chaincare and Mangrove did not comment to provide addresses
Future disbursements will be carried out as teams complete their specified work and meet milestones, with at most one disbursement per month to streamline operations. The missing teams will have their initial distribution carried out at the same time as the milestone distributions, after addresses are provided.
Hi,
Thank you to all DAO members who trusted us with their vote for this grant.
We’re pleased to announce that Mangrove’s Kandle-Morpho strategy has been developed, and the audit—partly funded thanks to the the Morpho DAO —has just been completed!
You’ll find attached the full audit report conducted by Cantina, which is also available on their website.
The strategy is currently being integrated by our first vault managers and will be unveiled shortly alongside our launch on Base.
Once live, the announcement will be made directly on our Twitter @MangroveDAO

Hello community,
We’re making a slight change to our Morpho hooks project. Instead of developing 4 specialized hook dApps, we’re creating a single Morpho hook dApp that includes all core functionalities: supply collateral, borrow, repay, and withdraw collateral.
Why the Change
- Many Morpho functions are interdependent
- Separated hooks would create a less intuitive user experience
- A unified approach will provide a more cohesive interface
What Stays the Same
All planned functionality and benefits remain unchanged:
- Users can still enter/leave markets without having the collateral token upfront
- Flexible liquidity movement between markets remains fully supported
Timeline
Our 8-week development timeline remains the same, now focused on building one comprehensive hook with all four operations (~2 weeks per operation).
This change was already discussed and approved by the Morpho team. We believe this approach will deliver a more user-friendly solution while maintaining our original goals.
Hello community!
Since the approval of our grant we’ve developed, gone through audit, and deployed to Ethereum mainnet for the Pendle Token Risk Engine. Please see our docs as available here. We will likely also deploy this contract to other networks soon, wherever Pendle Tokens are largely used on Morpho.
The Ojo team is happy to share that we’ve met all the required metrics:
Develop & Deploy one Risk Engine for a Pendle/Spectra PT token
Launch one Morpho Market using the new Risk Engine.
- This PT-RUSD market was recently whitelisted on the Morpho frontend.
(Optional) Track initial TVL or usage as a success measure.
- We are continuing to track this market, but this is optional.
