Optimism has awarded a 1.5M OP growth grant to the Morpho DAO. We propose a partial match (40% of total) based on a one week TWAP of MORPHO and OP tokens.

These rewards will initially be distributed on either Base or Ethereum, as the MORPHO token is not currently deployed natively on Optimism mainnet. A native deployment may be considered and proposed in a future DAO vote. Distribution will be governed under the optimistic rewards framework, with a high level strategy of growing total USDC deposits and activating relevant new collateral asset markets.
