I got a Morpho loan and Coinbase closed and deleted my account for security reasons. They said they transferred the collateral. I am assuming it was to morpho, I am trying to figure out how is it that we can go about repayment the loan and getting the collateral back.

Morpho is fully non custodial and no one from the Morpho DAO can manipulate your position on your behalf.
Coinbase made a communication here about about a security problem. I would advise to be sure that the information you received from Coinbase are legit and are coming from official Coinbase entities or service.

You can join the Morpho discord and open a support ticket there, but best course of action for you is to get in touch with the official Coinbase support directly.
