This proposal aims to develop a comprehensive governance analytics dashboard for Morpho DAO called Gov Navigator. The project addresses the current challenge of fragmented governance information by consolidating delegate performance metrics, voting analytics, and proposal tracking into a single, user-friendly interface. The dashboard will serve as a centralized hub for tracking and visualizing Morpho’s governance activities, focusing on three main areas:

Morpho’s governance faces fragmented delegate information and low participation due to:
- Token holders manually compiling delegate data from multiple sources
- Lack of standardized metrics for evaluating delegate performance

The dashboard will consolidate key metrics into intuitive visualizations:
High-Level Governance Metrics
- Total amount of proposals already vote
- Total of unique all-time voters
- Percentage of active and non-active voting power.
Proposal Metrics
- Provide detailed MIP tracking with chronological overview, including proposal result and quorum status
- Overview of all proposals states (passed, rejected, on voting, etc)
- Number of proposals voted over time.
Voting Analytics
- Track unique voting addresses per proposal
- Participation over time considering total and individual votes.
- Visualize votes of individual addresses or MIP.
- Current distribution of the voting power.
Delegation Tracking
- List of all delegates and their voting power
- Total of voting power delegated over time
- Percentage of delegated voting power actively participating in governance (per proposal)
- Percentage of active delegates (per proposal)
- History of voting and the impact on the proposal acceptance
- Comparison of delegate voting patterns and timelines
